| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Aug 23, 2008 (Bottled, BBE 02/2009) Pale yellow with a smallish, lightly lacy head. Dryish, slightly stuffy-cardboardy, corny-malty nose with very little or no hops present. Neutral, corny-malty, somewhat cardboardy flavor with lime hints and no hop bite. Light-bodied, almost watery palate with fizzy-lemonadey carbonation. A boring and useless lager. Probably suffered slightly from travelling to Europe, but even without cardboard it wouldn’t be very enjoyable. JK54B (951), Helsinki, Finland

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 18, 2008 Bottled 355ml. It pours a pale golden beer with a nicely lasting white head. The nose is of apricot tart. Extremely watery flavor. Beautiful lacework. Light bodied. Hints of apricots and tomato. Refreshing. Low bitterness. A distinctive lager with plenty of character. Drinkable. Weak finish. kiefdog (1633), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours a crystal clear bright yellow with a one finger white foamy head that settles slowly and provides a little lacing. Lively carbonation. Aroma is very faint with slight grassy notes and a bit of hops. Flavor is about the same -- very little going on except some sweet malt, a bit of grass and hops. Quick, watery finish. highlandlad (1275), Sydney, Australia
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Aug 7, 2008 My hapless-in-love Scottish mate had a hot date with an old flame from Brazil in Miami last night. The date went badly, even by his low standards: she brought her husband. Taxi! I mention this because it’s more interesting than this Brazilian lager. It’s the kind of slops that the multinationals churn out all over the planet. Above-average head retention. Smells mainly of maize, with some wet dog and mouldy cardboard. Tastes like gently-hopped soda. Fizzy palate. Quite sweet. Nothing awful about it except it’s chalky, corny and characterless. (355ml bottle from Petersham Cellars. | 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 6, 2008 Pours brighter yellow, no head. Unusual for a pale lager. Smells like light malt and corn, and sugar, and a tinge of hops. Sweet sugar corn water flavor. Forgetable finish. Way to go Brazil! dwaggs2 (561), Lee’s Summit, Missouri, USA
