Commercial Description:
A traditional Bavarian Ale, brewed with 2/3 Wheat Malt and 1/3 Barley Malt. A zesty and spicy beer that is naturally cloudy. All the ingredients except for the water are from Germany. Some like it with a lemon. 13.6 IBU.

Had tis beer on 4/23/2003. Aroma is very lemony. Color is a pale hazy gold with light carbonation and thin head. Taste is light and refreshing. Starting with a light body it goes down with a light fresh feel. Finish is a bright lemony wheat malt flavor back by a hint of banana.

Thinly clouded, yellow-orange. Yeast basis, but primarily citrus in this blend of a true German HW and an American wheat. Active and pop-rock like on the tongue.

Draught. Body is hazy medium yellow. Aroma is moderately malty (light bread), with strong notes of banana and clove. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Very big banana esters in this one, full of body and flavor...one of their best.
