Scents include dough, bread, corn and cream. First sip was smooth and pretty creamy with flavours of creamed corn and hopps. Finish is slightly bitter with floral hopps. Poured a clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sweet citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration.
This is an average drinkable brew. wheelz843 (211), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 25, 2009 Gold color with some haze. Limited aroma and malt sweetness. Lots of hop bitterness in after-taste. MrBunn (1547), Western, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 23, 2009 Bottle with thanks to coyotehunter. Pours a light orange with some haze and a medium-sized foamy head. Aromas are lightly citrusy with a bit of floral and skunked hops added in. Flavor is OK, but not that great. Hops presence is more of a bitterness than anything else (think ESB or something). Malt and hops are balanced against each other well, but they are just not that interesting. dmschefke (371), Eastpointe, Michigan, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 13, 2009 Pours a nice pale, hazy yellow gold with thick white head, lots of lacing. Aroma of earthy hops, slight citrus, some floral notes, and not a lot else. Flavor matches, but just comes together horribly. This has got to be one of the worst IPAs I have had. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 14, 2009 Dark straw/light copper wire pour with nose of hops, florals, malt. Tastes caramel malty, with faint hops, citrus, and some floral and spicy notes, Good, but not great. Does get a bit astringent late. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jun 28, 2009 As much as i liked it (which wasn’t very much) i would say this wasn’t true to an IPA style at all. Not quite as hoppy as it should be. Rather weak in fact. The colour which i was hoping for bright orange, poured a pretty dull caramel colour. Aroma was hops with some floral notes. Taste was an odd progression that started off malty, semi sweet then finally faded into a tiny burst of something that would be bitter. Not quite astringent like a hopfeel but just a soft peck of bitterness. Back to the drawing board!
