Sapore tuttavia piuttosto dolce con botta media e finale di amaro/acidino che nobilità l’esperienza degustativa; non certo una birra noiosa, anzi decisamente da provare._______________ENGLISH TEXT HERE____________On "Agreste" label for Eurosaga, no problem in uncorking - at the contrary of many others who have seen half bottle go away into foam; very Orval-like nose with deep fruity notes but omnipresent savage yeast and hops. Flavor anyway very sweet with a little aggression and sour/acid finale which completes the tasting experience; not a boring brew at all, in fact something to try.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is earth, barnyard, yeast and some fruits. Flavour is fruits, earth and a lot of yeasty notes. Some slight vanillaish notes as it gets a little warmer. Yet another very pleasant product from Panil.

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Cloudy dark yellow, lively head. Horse blanket aroma. Sweet and yeasty, medium bodied with soft, spritzy mouthfeel. Complex flavour of vanilla and orange as well as soap, perfume and horse blanket. A bit fruity. Low bitterness. Individualistic and very well made.

(Bottled) Hazy amber with a medium, firm head. Earthy-malty, slightly orvaly aroma with some fruitiness and coriander. Sweetish, flowery flavor with wheaty maltiness. Medium-bodied, smooth-carbonated palate. A nice, although a bit light brew.

ChrisFest Gentle exotic fruit - toad of pineapple and melon; chink of vanilla oak - finishing clean and dry. A pleasing ale.

Bottle: Poured a light dirty beige color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention. Aroma of floral malt with some subtle notes of funky yeast was quite intriguing. Taste of floral malt was well balance with some funky yeast and some very subtle sourness. I though this was an interesting and refreshing beer with presenting some extreme complexities.

Hazy ornage color, steady off-white head, some lace. Nose has horseblanket, wild strawberries and mango. Very fruity, yeasty, sweetish and grassy with cellary notes. Carbonated and smooth mouthfeel. In the aftertaste there is some brown sugar notes. I liked this, Panil beers are always very personal in a good way.

750 ml bottle. A cloudy dark golden beer with a small and fast disappearing white head. The aroma is malty, fruity with a light flowery hop presence and a light sourness. The flavour is also malty and fruity with a balanced acidity and some citric and orangey notes. Medium body, lively carbonation, light hop bitterness in the finish that is enough long. This beer has all the Panil characteristics, especially the balanced sourness. An interesting and respectable product.
