Panil Barriquée (Mild)

Dark reddish-brown with sour earthy wood and cherry aromas. Lots of dark fruit flavors at first followed by some oak and malt vinegar. Dry, sour funky finish.

Hazy orange hue, Aroma of iron, malt and fruit. Acidic. Flvour of malt and grapes. Dry and acidic.

Amber with a small white head. A bit of grapefruit, other fruits and caramel in the aroma. Malty flavour, slightly tart and wooden with a little sweetness. Great balance

Che stranezza però se avessi un po’ più di voglia la descriverei meglio; mi piacerebbe assaggiare la versione acida. Qua è vinosa, strana con note quasi salate.

Pours like rust from an old well faucet, small off white head. Strong tobacco aroma with a bit of nail polish. Similar flavors, a bit of caramel added and balsamic vinager. Flat finish, kind of watery.

75 cL bottle, as Panil Barriquee Evento, red label with santa and reindeers. Aroma is dry malty - slight mouldy. Light sourish flavoured with a distinct milky lacto touch mixed with a pronounced mouldy malty flavour. Acidic and malty finish with a somewhat infection like sourness. Utterly uninteresting.

Clear medium amber red color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry sour, woody. Flavor is moderate sweet and light sour acidic with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (230808)
