(37.5 cl bottle: RBESG 2006: Thanks to Knut Albert) Shady orange color, tan head. Sour scent, but not like in a lambic, though similar. Some alcohol. Sweet and alcohol taste, a bit sour in the mouth and also in the after taste.

(Bottle) Pours hazy light orange with a small white head. Aroma is a bit sour but creamy. Herbs and sweet red berries. Some alcohol. A bit acid. Flavor is sweet in the beginning that turns sour when you swalllow. Herbs, hops and soil. Salty. Good balance. Light, fresh body.

Hazy yellow, thin white head. Sour, yeasty, green apples and herbs in aroma with some grassyness. Flavour is lemony and acidic. Slight bitter finish. Refreshing.

[Bottled RBESG 2006] Thanks to Knut Albert for bringing this delicasy to Göteborg! Murky yellow colour. Aroma is loaded with this and that: herbs, cheese, berries, almond paste. Wonderfully sourish, yet pleasantly and laid back so to speak. Flavour is apple cake with a smooth mouthfeel, with sparkling caramel notes. Fluffy mouthfeel. Very complex. I prefer this mild version, it seemed to be more complex than the sour version.

Bottled (thanks KnutAlbert). Hazy nutbrown colour, mediumsized beige head. Arina if sour and dry fruits and a bit alcohol and nuts as well. Flavour is fruitish at first, then it turns butterish and caramellish. Flowery hops are domintaing in the finish. Aftertaste is fruits and nuts. Lovely balance. Some marsipan also noteable.

Aroma is yeasty and vinous, with some grassy hops. Taste is similar with a long finish which made me drink more.
