Thanks to Knut Albert for bringing this delicasy to Göteborg!
Murky yellow colour. Aroma is loaded with this and that: herbs, cheese, berries, almond paste. Wonderfully sourish, yet pleasantly and laid back so to speak. Flavour is apple cake with a smooth mouthfeel, with sparkling caramel notes. Fluffy mouthfeel. Very complex. I prefer this mild version, it seemed to be more complex than the sour version. Arina if sour and dry fruits and a bit alcohol and nuts as well. Flavour is fruitish at first, then it turns butterish and caramellish. Flowery hops are domintaing in the finish. Aftertaste is fruits and nuts. Lovely balance. Some marsipan also noteable. Furseth (1328), Kungälv, Sweden
