Head disappears quickly leaving a little residue behind. Acidic aromas of ripened fruit, sour cherries, oak. Flavours of balsamic vinegar, sour cherries, some citrus in there too.Finishes with a gentle acidity and a slight sweetness. Has a Rodenbach Grand Cru feel about it albeit without as much sweetness. This one’s definately a grower. DrBeer (777), Danderyd Stockholm, Sweden

It pours a beautiful murky brown beer with a nicely lasting beige head. Sour nose with oak, cherries, balsamic vinegar, blackberry, cork and apple showing up. Sour taste with quite a strong oak characteristic. Cherries, apple and balsamic vinegar appearing again. Nice lacework. Some licorice sneaking in the finish which is dry and very pleasant. Thanks a lot Daniele! MrGGen (237), Italy
