Bottle, 75 cl. Hazy dark orange colour with a medium tan head. Complex aroma with a brief lambic feeling. Cherries, wood, coffee and sour candy. Medium acidic flavour with berries & wood. At a moment it also had a porter-like feeling. Soft moutfeel, low carbonation.

Bottled. Cloudy dark reddish amber appearance. Low white head. Acidic aroma of dades and black currant with strong notes of wood, cork and wormwood. Acidic and musty flavour of red grapes, wood, black cherries and bloodgrape. Woody, yeasty and acidic aftertaste of tart red grapes.

Muddy looking reddish amber. Slowly fading off-white head with grey nuances from yeast particles. Extremely yeasty nose with considerable mustiness, damp earth, old books and almost corkey nuances. Cherry, dark plum and grapey vague fruitiness adds cohesion to this voluntary chaos. Kinda chewy body from the heavily sedimented structure. Finishes dry, yet offers interesting sweetish impressions at first. For yeast heads only.

[149-20061221] 750mL. Boozy aroma with strong essence of meaty pork and steak. Cloudy, light brown-orange body with a medium-lasting white head and fine lacing. Flavour has a crisp, overpowering sour kick. Medium body. Interesting aroma and crazy sourness, but more pleasant in small quantities.

Bottle, many thanks to KnutAlbert. Cloudy orangey amber with sediments floating around underneath that thick, creamy and lacing big-bubbled foam. The whole room is filled with the lactic fruit from the beer- wonderful sour fruit yoghurt. Flavours start sweet and fruity, but in the middle sour lactic character takes over, only to be followed by dry, tannic wood. Still with underlying sweetness. Good fluffy mouthfeel. Belgian-inspired, but the Belgians would still envy the Italians this one.

Cloudy yellow pour with a thin white head. The aroma is sour and lactic with fruits and yeast. Well dry and sour flavor of fruits and yeast. The body is light while the carbonation is lively. This is a pretty good beer, its only fault is that it’s not as good as the american version.

Bottle. cloudy brownhish body with sediment and a big soapy white head. Fruits, grapefruit, malt and yeast aroma. Taste of malt, wood, a little sour and fruity (grapefruit). Very nice!!!.
