75 cL bottle, sour sticker and golden cap. Pours hazy dark brown with a dense off-white head. Aroma is sour, acidic and dry brett-ish. Medium dry brettish and slight metallic in the initial flavour impression. Smooth fruity flavoured with a light caramel malt base beneath. Dry and fruity finish although with a controlled sourness.

Dégusté au pub italia en format de 750ml titré à 8 % mais avec une inscription à 6.5% coller sur la bouteille et versé dans un verre de style flute. Arômes boisé, sucre de canne, canneberge, miel de treffle, rhubarbe et cerise. Apparence cuivré rougeâtre avec une mousse moyenne collant extrêmement bien au verre. Sans carbonation avec un bon dépôt de levure. Goût boisé, de rhubarbe, cerise, framboise et levure. Beaucoup moin acide qu’une gueuze mais pétillante et quand même équilibré avec un léger manque au niveau de la complexité. En générale une bière audacieuses méritant un arrêt pour la découvrir.

Bottle. Pours a muddy amber brown with a lasting beige head. Aroma of sour grapes, berries and Brett notes. Flavour is sour cherries, oak, berries and some acidity. Finishes dry with some tartness. A decent sour ale.

Great clear brown with a very nice, creamy, off-white head. Great duration. Wonderful woody aroma, light cellar, some malts, red berries and a bit of roasted malts. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is nice, some apple vinegar, dry woody notes. Average sourness. Light cherry notes.

<i>[ Thanks to Menno ].</i> Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, sour berry, moderate cask wood, oak, sour cherry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate acidic / sourish and vinegar with a long to average duration, and a dry sour finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Green bottle, 75 cl, bottled in August 2007, via Importations Privées Bièropholie, savoured on November 29 2008; eye: dark brown, hazy, no effervescence, tiny ring of beige head, a bit of lacing; nose: horse, wood, acidity, basement, stale, cherry; mouth: horse, wood, acidity, basement, sourness of green apple, light basement, chery, cork, stale, finale in horse and rather acidic, medium body, sourness and acidity do not dominate making the tasting more interesting, in fact rather easy going once the initial shock is over, rather sour, medium body, not much carbonation; overall: happy to have tasted it FRANÇAIS Bouteille verte, 75 cl, embouteillée en août 2007, via Importations Privées Bièropholie; savourée le 29 novembre 2008; œil : brune foncée, voilée, pas d’effervescence, petit anneau de mousse beige, un peu de dentelle; nez : cheval, boisé, acidité, cave, éventée, cerise; bouche : cheval, boisé, acidité, cave, léger cave, cerise, aigreur de pomme verte, liège, éventée, finale en cheval et plutôt acide, corps moyen, aigreur et acidité ne dominent pas ce qui la rend dégustation plus intéressante en fait elle se boit plutôt bien une fois le choc initial passé, bonne aigreur, corps moyen, peu carbonatée; en résumé : content d’y avoir goûté
