Slightly hazy. Lactic, sour and woody nose with notes of dark fruit, plums and hints of balsamic vinegar. Wood dominates. Taste is acidic and fruity with notes of plums, green apples, cherries, balsamic vinegar and a long spicy, bittersweet finish. A lot more balanced then my first try at the GBBF in London (Aug 2006). Very complex and actually quite brilliant. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark

Cherries and light souness in the aroma. Very dry and acidic flavour. Berries notable. Mildly sour. Quite smooth and balanced. Is medium bodied. Has a citric and acidic end. Definately not as sour as the US-version, but still quite drinkable. bager (2121), Copenhagen N, Denmark

Appears a hazy orange with a small white head that slowly fades out. Lots of streaky lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of sour, tart apples, vanilla cream, light over-ripened fruit, lemon zest, lavender, & mild bananas in the background.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas with tropical peach, papaya, and citrus standing out.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, fizzy up front but mellowing out, light funk, low acid, and apple lingering.
