Dryis with medium body and rather spritzy mouthfeel. Rather intense woody cherry flavour and some acidity. Refreshing and tasty, very Rodenbach-like. Not as great as I remember the full sour version to be though. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 23, 2007 750ml bottle acquired in trade with Boutip (thanks!). Bottle labeled N ’05. Poured a medium and cloudy / murky orange color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of nice brett, leather, green apples, lemony, wood, and some cherries. Tastes of cherries, green apples, wood, lemons, and grapes. Some lacing left on the glass. Mildly sour. It was interesting to have this along with the Mild & Exported Sour versions. This one was definitely in the middle on the sour / tart scale. egajdzis (3625), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA
