Colore rosso scuro, aspetto direi simile a vino, schiuma densa.Aroma molto complesso da definire, direi di more, vino e leggermente speziato.Sapore forte, alcoolico con note di frutti di bosco e lievemente acidulo.Una birra che definire ottima è riduttivo.

This is a very nice and sour beer. I love Flemish Sour Beer. This beer is a brown murky beer with a medium palate. It has a very lightly sweet fruity flavor with a small amount of carbonation. Easy to drink.

Dense foam, friable and lively. Much persistent and similar to wine like Bonarda and Lambrusco. Dark red color, nearly mahogany, dense and impenetrable; much elegant one. Extremely complex and rich scent. Notes of wet wood, blackberry, wine and spices. Richest, from meditation. Decided and strongly taste characteristic. Powerful alcoholic notes with rumors of forest fruits. Lightly acidulous on the end. In mouth it’s large, wrapping and elegant. Great structure and great scents balance

[ Thanks to Menno ]. Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, sour berry, moderate cask wood, oak, sour cherry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate acidic / sourish and vinegar with a long to average duration, and a dry sour finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Very nice ;o)) (060808)

Bottled. Cloudy reddish brown, brief head. Acidic lactic cherry flavour aroma. Dryis with medium body and rather spritzy mouthfeel. Rather intense woody cherry flavour and some acidity. Refreshing and tasty, very Rodenbach-like. Not as great as I remember the full sour version to be though.

Cloudy brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of wood, vinergar, fruit, cellar and barnyard. Sweet but tart fruity flavour with leather notes

Dusty cellar, yeast and a bit of cherries. Surprisingly (well, perhaps not if I had figured out there are two varieties of the Sour) sweet and mellow tasting but still with some tartness. Fruity, sweet cherries in the mouth and a citrusy finish of grapefruit.
