Cloudy yellow colour with a white head. Malty, light grainy aroma with a grassy and citric notes. Malty, light sweet flavor with hoppy grassy notes.

Thick shiny white head. Yellow body with lots yeast floaties. Sugary musty yeasty honeyish aroma with tea notes. Very, very, strange. Thin sweetish tea and malt taste with yeasty notes. Dryish mealy aftertaste. Not bad. (0.75l bottle at Knut Albert’s.)

From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 14. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Hay and slight citric aroma. Flavour is mellow, slight yeasty. Has a mild wheaty like to malt note. Finish holds a mild acidic note with rather dry finish.

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of malts, grain, hay, fruits and vegetables. Flavour of malts, grain, hay, fruits and hops. Hoppy finish.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a very unclear, pale golden with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet and floral aroma. Fairly light in body with sweet, pale malts and a touch of yeast. Very discreet bitterness. Refreshing. 021107

Bottle. Cloudy deep golden with plenty of small floaties. Sweet, some straw and toasted malt in the aroma. Sweet straw, bit fruity, toasty malty honey flavour. Bit sweet and dry finish.

Bottled at RBESG, Glasgow, 2007. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grapes and wheat as well as lighter notes of spices and over ripe fruit. The flavor is sweet combined with an acidity like lactic acid, combined with notes of wheat and a light spicy touch, leading to a dry and slightly spicy and wheaty finish.

Bottle. Light hazy yellow beer with a big white head. The aroma is grassy, hay, malt, yeast and light fruity. The taste is light sweet straw, hay and fruits. Medium body with a dry finish.
