Nov 5, 2007 Bottled at RBESG, Glasgow, 2007. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grapes and wheat as well as lighter notes of spices and over ripe fruit. The flavor is sweet combined with an acidity like lactic acid, combined with notes of wheat and a light spicy touch, leading to a dry and slightly spicy and wheaty finish.

Nov 14, 2007 From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 14. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Hay and slight citric aroma. Flavour is mellow, slight yeasty. Has a mild wheaty like to malt note. Finish holds a mild acidic note with rather dry finish.

Hazy blond color; very nice and persistent perlage; big head, yoghurt-like; nice lace. Nice aroma, delicate, malty, with honey, light camomile. Smooth taste, soft malt, some sweetness, low bitterness. Very pleasant and well made.
