| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Jun 22, 2009 I carried this home from Johnny’s Off License in Rome. I liked it very much. Quite thick for a lambic, but no carbonation which is fine for an unblended lambic. Bright, opaque yellow. Strong aroma of lambic yeast. Flavor has flowers, with a barnyard aroma/flavor. Not Cantillon sour, but quite sour anyway, with some acid and a definite bite. travita (1921), Frisco, Texas, USA

Appearance: golden with hint of amber , large fine creamy top. Some lace.3+ Nose: Citric , sour with berry softness , balanced blend , hay with hint of farm. 7+ Flavor/Palate : Tart but fairly mild for style. Berry sweets with mush grainy softness. Mild but flavour well shown. Source of reason. Quiet neat sour ale.
