Appearance: golden with hint of amber , large fine creamy top. Some lace.3+ Nose: Citric , sour with berry softness , balanced blend , hay with hint of farm. 7+ Flavor/Palate : Tart but fairly mild for style. Berry sweets with mush grainy softness. Stinky horsye and quite cheesey and actually has a typcial brett lambic like character- light to medium fruitness as well- lemon and grapefruit. Flavor turns a bit worse still horsey and funk, with lots of brett, but bgets a bit solvent, plastic and off- appley cider, acetaldehyde and rubber with a slight salty and slick finish- tartness is there- ok sour. Not a bad attempt.
