Jun 5, 2009 Scandinavian Beer Night. Another big thanks to JK for hauling this back from Italy for us to try. Hazy and cloudy yellow color with a very thin head. Aroma of tart lemons and some wheat. Very dry wheat taste, Strong tartness. A little marshmallow sweetness in the background.

Jun 4, 2009 Verre de 4 oz, d’une bouteille, au Mondial 2009. Arômes citronnés de levure sauvage et champêtre. Robe blonde et trouble, très belle effervescence et belle mousse. En bouche, des touches de cidre et de pommes vertes accompagnent une levure sauvage bien présente. Belle texture veloutée. Finale lactique très acide. Intéressant, mais finale un peu agressive.

May 7, 2009 Bottle marked Nov. 08 thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a murky, yellow body and a large foamy white head. Aroma is sour with musty and woodsy notes, spicy, fennel, earth, gun powder, moss, and cobwebs. Taste is tart/sour with citrus, pineapple, woodsy notes, moss, earthy, and white pepper. Effervescent, lively carbonation with a dry mouthfeel and some citric acid. Very different unblended lambic.

May 7, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma of tartness and lemon. Flavor is very tart, fruit, lemon. Mouth feel is med. body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, good shit!

Mar 1, 2009 Pours a yellowish colour with a white head. Pretty fruity on the nose with notes of bitter oranges and some funky brett. The flavour has notes of citrus fruits and moderate funky barnyard. Very refreshing without being overly sourish. It somewhat feels like a combination of 50% lambic and 50% belgian pale ale and I kinda like it!

Jan 29, 2009 Bouteille verte de 375 ml obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Arôme: Légère odeur sûrette avec une pointe de pomme. Apparence: La couleur est blonde voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de zeste de citron avec une pointe sûrette. Longue durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement astringente. Forte effervescence en bouche.
