375ml bottle, cloudy, yellow gold hue, with an off-white head, yeasty, funky, musty, tart fruity nose of green apples, lemon acidity, with some barnyard, hoseblanket, wet oakiness, with a white wine tannic accents in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty,bretty, funky, musty, fruity character still of sour green apple and lemon zestiness, with a wet oaky, white winey tannic accent, leading towards a fruity sour, tart finish.

Bottle: Poured a light dirty yellow color beer with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consist of bretty barnyard notes with some light tart green apple notes. Taste is also a well balanced mix between some bretty and sour notes with some distinctive barnyard notes and some sour/tart green apple notes. Full body with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very well done with loads of character.

Bottle with the Club. Pours a hazy golden. Smells malty. Lightly sour. Aromas of apples with hints of wax and glue. Slight hints of horse and wood. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry finish.

Aroma:Citrus fruit,yeast... Appearance:hazy yellow,light head... Flavor:strong citrus flavor,nothing more special...

Flaske: Flot uklar orange øl, med et flot skummende hurtigt forsvindende skær under ophælding. Ikke så sur som ventet hvilket passer mig fint. En smule frugt og meget lidt stald. Fin øl.

My Bottom Line :
Starfruit and biscuity cereals eye each other from each side of a dusty yeast funkiness in this lightly tart and mostly fruity P-Lambic.

Further Personal Perceptions :
-A thin ring of foam circles the murky orangey beige.
-Lactic notes are present throughout.
-Orange pulp accompanies the watery starfruit juice.
-The barnyard character is definitely present, but does not always seem coherent.
-The finish is strangely flat; there was indeed a sudden drop in flavour towards the end.
-The overall result is quite drinkable, but even though this is a commendable attempt at a rare style, I found it extremely expensive for what it is.

Green bottle, 37,5 cl, bottled in November 2007, purchased via Importations Privées Bièropholie, savoured on December 10 2008, eye: golden with an orangey hue, hazy, tan head that turns into a tiny ring, slight effervescence, no lacing, nose: sour, horse, citrusy, mouth: sour, horse, citrusy, sour finale, a bit thin, quite acidic and sour, medium-light body, watery, quite carbonated, overall: correct FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 37,5 cl, meilleure avant novembre 2007, via Importations Privées Bièropholie, savourée le 10 décembre 2008, œil : dorée avec une teinte orangée, voilée, mousse fauve qui se transforme en un très petit anneau, très légère effervescence, pas de dentelle, nez : aigre, cheval, citrique, bouche : aigre, cheval, citrique, finale aigre, un peu mince, pas mal acide et aigre, corps moyen-léger, aqueuse, pas mal carbonatée, en résumé : correct
