A very interesting bottle from GBBF. Good strong lambic flavour with a musky edge. Really nice soft palate.

Bottle. Cloudy golden with almost no head. Cellar character, orange aroma, farmyard, horse blanket. Salty, bitter, sweaty flavours blending with orange zest. A beer that will divide the community- some will love it, others hate it. I think I like it after a while.

Bottle, 5.5%. Funky aroma, slightly citric. Orange juice colour, stable white head. Citric flavour, some lemon. A very nice, refreshing beer for a hot day.

(Bottle) Pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is medium yeasty/tart/acid, light to medium malty and light to medium hoppy. Tones of moldy basement, wet concrete, horse blanket, fresh broken wood, tart white Riesling grapes, salt water/light sweat, sweet and sweaty cheese, toasted white bread, unripe green berries, spicy grass, raw nutmeg, hay and light pineapple-ish alongside some notes citrus fruits like grapefruit, lime and lemon. The nose is bretty but in a quite unusual way. The flavour is bretty, white wine vinous and citric with undertones of moldy basement, grass, hay, toasted bread and wood. The mouthfeel is soft and dry. The finish is citric, dry and tannin-ish with a hay-like malt backdrop. Medium acidic, light sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Very special yet great sour ale.

Shady/cloudy apricot color, small white head. Apricot, citrus, lactic, yoghurt, spicy scent. Sweet taste at first, quicjkly turns to acidic bit finishes stale. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. It does grow on you though.

White weak head. Cloudy hazey colour. Aroma is malty with fruity (banana, apple) and sour notes. Flavor is malty too with fruity (apple, citrus) tones, ending in a moderately sweet, slightly sour and yeasty finish. Medium bodied,

Murky dark yellow colour. White, disappearing head. Tart, but refreshing lemon aroma with faint notes of milk chocolate. Sour lemon flavor. The sourness never reach Cantillon heights, instead it manages to stay on a balanced, refreshing level. A summer beer.

Aroma: sour, pear, lemon, hops (acrid, soapy), strawberry.
Flavour: very sour, wheaty, musty in a weird old-leathery way, leaves. Rotten fruit...
Palate: sandy, acrid, very weird...
Appearance: ugly sand yellow. Totally turbid with some bizarre white foam.
