The aroma is medium yeasty/tart/acid, light to medium malty and light to medium hoppy. Tones of moldy basement, wet concrete, horse blanket, fresh broken wood, tart white Riesling grapes, salt water/light sweat, sweet and sweaty cheese, toasted white bread, unripe green berries, spicy grass, raw nutmeg, hay and light pineapple-ish alongside some notes citrus fruits like grapefruit, lime and lemon. The nose is bretty but in a quite unusual way. The flavour is bretty, white wine vinous and citric with undertones of moldy basement, grass, hay, toasted bread and wood. The mouthfeel is soft and dry. The finish is citric, dry and tannin-ish with a hay-like malt backdrop. Medium acidic, light sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.
