Bottled at RBESG 2007. An unclear yellow beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dusty hops and white wine. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, white wine, and dusty hops.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy, pale golden - sort of Witbier look - with a gigantic shaving foam style white head. Lightly tart, citrusy and oddly chemical aroma. Medium body, fairly lively aroma (that made this leak ever so slightly in spite of both cap and plastic coating). Tart, citrusy flavours and again this odd, chemical tang. Lightly acidic finish. This is more interesting than really good. 180907

Bottled at RBESG ’07. Cloudy golden, airy head. Grassy, tart abd cellary with notes of green apples. Dryish and soft, notes of apple skins and cobweb. Unusual and interesting, but does not lift to the levels of the top real lambics.

37.5 cL bottle, thanks to fiulijn and thanks to Papsoe for another great tasting session. Pours hazy yellow with a little white head. Spiced and acidic aroma. Flavour is mellow wheaty, slight sweet rather than sour. Fruity. But the flavour does hold a slight acidic note. Dry and mellow finish.

Bottle, 5.5%. Funky aroma, slightly citric. Orange juice colour, stable white head. Citric flavour, some lemon. A very nice, refreshing beer for a hot day.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellowish orange colour. Aroma is sourness, caramel malts, sugar and some spices. Flavour is sugary, quite sour wooden as well as some grassyness. Sour but also raher sweet notes all the way through.

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a medium sized white head. Light acidic aroma of fruits, wood and peaches. Fruity flavour of burnt plastic with acidic notes and notes of wood. Tart finish.

Pours a cloudy yellow color, with a very big head, rather frothy; a persistent, chaotic perlage contributes in maintaining a creamy layer on top. A strong aroma hits the nose, from far away, bringing bold scents of moldy cellars, later mitigated by citrus fruits, light wood, light vinegar acidity and very light ammonia; the only downside is a very light plastic touch. The very high carbonation signs the mouthfeel, but it’s also soft; the body is quite weak, with simple but subtle flavors, turning around the woody astringency and the citrusy sourness; in the end there is a correct bitterness.
There is definitively room for improvement, as the flavor requires more substance. It may be very interesting to taste it in 2 years.
An interesting experiment.

Muddy light blond color, poor head retention; in other words, not nice. Funky aroma, absolutely original, an undetectable mix of medicine, citrus fruits, herbs… but nice; all the elements are balanced and they create something vinous. Medium mouthfeel, some residual sweetness, nice citrus touch, but too yeasty.
