Dec 27, 2007 Bottle at home - 24. Dec. - shared with Bager, Per and Mette. Cloudy orange - white head. A very mild beer. Orange, citrus fruits, fruity, wheaty, vanilla, light spicy, yeasty. Soft mouthtfull.

Dec 25, 2007 0.75 l bottle. Murky yellow brown color with creamy head. Honey, clove, pepper, vanilla, strawberry, wood, lemon, ginger and cardamon in the aroma with hint of acidity. Sweetish honeyish and yeasty flavor with notes of clove, pepper, vanilla and strawberry. Woody, spicy and tart fruity finish.

Appearance: very cloudy, pale lion yellow head with broken film
Flavour: sweet, wheaty, grapes... Mild, some sourish in oud bruin manner, however mild. Pear peel. Acrid but very mild finish. Nice, flowery.
Palate: very smooth, some fluffiness.

Nov 14, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Sweet malty yeasty and slightly spicy aroma. Sweet malty yeasty aroma with some spicy hints and also some weak hints of hops. Sweetish malty finish with some yeasty hints.

Oct 4, 2007 Updated: Jun 21, 200875 cL bottle, thanks to Papsoe/fiulijn. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a white head. Wheaty-like aroma. No bubblegum nor banana YES! Soft and slight acidic wheat-like malt flavour. Quite nice. Ends mellow wheaty with a slight acidic note.
Bottle # 12, Papsoes blindtasting. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Dry brettish aroma, slight woody. Mild citrusy and orange fruity flavour. Holds a medium dry brett flavour and a mild malt base with a light toffee sweet note. Dry wooden finish.6 3 6 3 11equals2.9, clearly different from the other I had.
