Aug 31, 2007 Bottled at RBESG ’07. Cloudy golden. Honey and dough up front. Sweet and fruity. Quite malty with soft but sticky mouthfeel. To fruity and nondescript for my liking.

Aug 30, 2007 Bottle, RBESG Grand Tasting 07. Goldy, thin white head. Hazy. Iron and metallic, blood, wheaty hop. Quite sweet initially, bit more blood taste. Quite hoppy and floral. Finishes sweet and that awful taste that a cut in the mouth leaves you with. Lasts for a while too...

Shady yellow color, white head. Citrusy hoppy pineapple acidic scent, also some lambic or saison feel to it. Spicy acidic alcohol taste, a bit sweet. Scent is way more complex and better than the taste. Medium mouthfeel and bitterness. Apple and sweet aftertaste.

Cloudy orange color, fluffy lasting off-white head. Sweet, acidic and lactic scent. Acidic, apples, cider taste. Sweet fruity aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Hazy dark yellow colour. Big white head. Dewy aroma with notes of tropical fruits where pineapple is most dominant, and little milky along with barnyard. Pleasantly sweet with pineapple and gluey sweetish, yet low levels with that. Finishes pretty short.

Aug 29, 2007 Updated: Jan 4, 2008Bottle (very nice one). Hazy deep golden with a medium fluffy white head. Tropical fruits starts off the aroma and is followed by dusty yeasty notes and citric hops. Medium bodied and smooth. Good balance with a light bitterness. Reminds me a bit of Saison Dupont.
