On draught at Papago 8/16/06: Pours to a slightly cloudy orange-yellow body with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma shows off some pleasant fresh orange, sweet yeast, and very mild pale grains. Taste is sweet orange infused hefeweizen in a nutshell. It heavily featured the orange flavor, but I didn’t feel overwhelmed by sweetness or feel like it was syrupy. Light-medium bodied, medium carbonated, finishes with some orange and wheat flavors.

Cloudy, orange appearance. Very fruity aroma. Strong Orange and citrussy taste. Very smooth and flavors of cream in the beer. Amount of orange is the right balance. Very refreshing.

Wasn’t looking forward to a fruit beer, but pleasently surprised, it was good stuff. Lots of head, orange aroma. Head resembled inside of a creamsicle, body resembled outside of a creamsicle, smelled like a creamsicle, but in all serious, liked it a lot. Nice flavor, with the orange being present, but not overwhelming. Not the most complex beer ever, but did a nice job with it, and it’s very drinkable

Draught at Papago Brewing Company. Hazy orange-yellow color with no lace. Pleasant aroma of rose hips and orange. Similar to the wheat wine, this one tastes similar to cream soda with vanilla, caramel, and orange notes. Strange, but decent.

Hazy light orange color with a small white head. Orangy citrus aroma. Flavor is sweet and orangy like orange soda pop with lively carbonation and a light body.

Growler from the brewery: Pours a cloudy, orange yellow color, big white head, good lacing. Aroma of an orange soda, fizzy, very strong orange, overpowering any other flavor. Orange nutty flavor, slightly nutty, slight vanilla aftertaste. Light body, fizzy.

Interesting; the orange comes through in the flavor and aroma, but there is a bitter edge that reminds me of citrus pith which I would happily do without.

Cloudy golden body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, mandarin, corn syrup. Taste is medium sweet, mandarin, some bread. Watery light body with a bit of stickiness. Derscribed as a citrus-infused hefeweizen, but I found no hefe characterstics in this.
