goldtwins (3733), Nesconset, New York, USA Oct 30, 2007 GABF 2007: Poured a very clear chestnut color with a good sized tan head. Caramel malt aroma. Not overly sweet which could happen with these. Caramel flavor with hints of raisins. Medium to full body that seems to be thin for an eisbock. Good warmth. BeerandBlues2 (2473), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Oct 26, 2007 GABF ’07. Pours hazy brown with an average, frothy, light brown head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, caramel, nutty), light hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of dates and brown sugar. Full bodied, alcoholic texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Date: 10/12/2007
