Paradise Brewery in Nantwich closed in 2006, beer now contract brewed at Three Rivers. A Dabber is a local term for someone who originates from Nantwich. This is a traditional wheat beer brewed with a high percentage of wheat.
Very pale yellow colour, sharp sour nose, sharp bittery cider like, really didnt hold up.
