Commercial Description:
Cask & bottle conditioned (under the Old Creamery label); Regular. Paradise Brewery in Nantwich closed in 2006, beer now contract brewed at Three Rivers.
Fuggle hops give this ale its aroma and fruitiness, at 5.6% abv. This ale has a full flavour and a reddish tint.

1. Cask Handpump at the Paradise Brewery Bar, Wrenbury 02/07/2004 Amber strong and fruity with a crisp bitter malt finish. ABV 5.4% 2. Cask Handpump at the Paradise Arndale Market Bar, Manchester 19/01/2007 Fruity aroma. Some carbonation. Amber coloured with some alcohol present. Fruity. Some bitterness and dryness in a crisp full malt finish.

Ruby coloured ale, full malt nose but a sour malty flavour, none of the bottles i had really worked
