SamGamgee (646), Isla Vista, California, USA Dec 20, 2007 Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Very dark brown with a big tan head. Sweet and roasty aroma with coffee, cocoa, and some yeastiness that reminds me of a rochefort. The flavor has a lot of roast, is sweet but clean and not cloying. There is a yeasty, raisin, vanilla and toffee component that reminds me a lot of a belgian strong. Full, creamy palate with small bubbles. was very impressed overall with the complexities and the great Czech drinkability.
