Bottle courtesy of douglas88. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of flowers, perfume, dry malt. Tastes floral and dry with a touch of funkiness on the finish.

Bottle… Hazy, light yellow ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Good, wispy retention. Citrusy, spicy hop nose. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with prickly carbonation. Well-balanced, nondescript flavor with just a hint of acidity. Short, crisp, clean finish. Muchos gracias to douglas88 for shipping the bottle my way!

12 oz bottle from Douglas88! Nose of light melon, bubblegum, and wheat, hazy yellow with a medium, glass-lacing white head; flavor is fruity esters and wheat with a tiny bitter note at the finish; decent wheat.

Bottle from Albertsons. Pours a clear light orange color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malts, some citrus and lemon, and a touch of wheat. I really didn’t expect much from a ’Mexican style beer’, but is is not bad; upfront a bunch of wheat and sweet malts, some lemon zest, a odd sweetness that seems quite close to sugar. The wheat plays a major role though and helps add to this beers overall easygoing nature. Very drinkable.

A pale golden colored beer with a slight haze. Has small white head and a small hint of lace. The aroma has a light grassy grain character with a nice citrus lemony note in the background. Very light on the palette some hints of a smooth wheat character and fleeting hints of lemon on the finish. Probably quite easy drinking in the heat of the summer.

On tap: Tastes like a lemony, slightly fruity American standard; a waste of time, but unoffensive.

Pours a medium yellow. Aromas of grains and grass. Flavor was kind of strange, lots of grainy flavor and a little hops.

Hazy dull tan colour, flat carbonation...is this Zhigulevskoye? The aroma is slightly lemony, with hints of grain. Flavour is sweetish, with musty, grainy accents. Somewhat wet finish. No muy bueno.
