Pours golden with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma and taste of diacetyl, green apple. Taste is tart, well-attenuated with notes of green apple and butterscotch. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Personally, I don’t think I’d call this beer Belgian.
