Feb 6, 2009 Hazy dark blonde. The aroma is fruity with some brett. There’s a definite infection, but mostly it’s brett, maybe a little pedio. At this point, it’s at a nice, happy level. A week later and this will probably be terrible. But at this particular moment, the infection is going well with the fruity hop character.

May 22, 2003 Golden yellow, little head, med body. Apples, pears, smokey, malty on the aroma. Detected the fuggles hops a little bit. Somewhat hoppy on the palate, good balance. A standard session beer.

Oct 5, 2005 Had on tap at the brewpub. Pours a very light golden, white, fairly thick head. Slightly funky aroma, like stagnant water at times. Flavor is very mild, nothing really jumps out at you. Some grassy notes, brief bitterness. Clean, even mouthfeel, slightly thinnish though.

Feb 3, 2009 Hazy peach-orange color with small off-white head. Smells like Brett, and the bacteria blends well with the hops even though it is unintentional. Medium-high carbonation is prickly. Dry, thin finish. The hops almost come across as being those in a Belgian IPA because of the nuance added by the bacteria. An accidentally good brew.

Mar 20, 2003 This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in the summer, you could drink good beer and sit out on their stone patio overlooking the park. I just remember thinking this was not a pale ale the whole time I was drinking it. It has been awhile, so I am not really at my best reference to give a review but this place usually has really good beers.

Dec 16, 2002 Slightly vegetable Fuggles aroma. Very pale, and only slightly orange-amber. Sweetish, cedary and a little earthy. Long, dry, slightly musty finish.
