Park Tavern Winter

Comes out of the tap an opaque and chocolaty sable. Tempting aroma is of roast coffee and chocolate with a hint of molasses. Malty flavor has strong hints of Coca-Cola and molasses with an undertone of mocha and touches of cherry and hard cider. Texture is very smooth and strongly fizzy, but just a tad thin.

Mild water/caramel aroma. Taste watery, mildly sweet, a bit of alcohol. Green apple bite in finish.

The body was a deep amberish brown in color. More hazy than cloudy. Longer lasting head around edge of glass. Nutty slightly spicy (nutmeg, cinnamon) aroma. Decently fruity, medium body malt.
