thewolf (3607), Kolding, Denmark Aug 2, 2008 Bottle, bought @ Pivni Gallerie, Prague.
Pours deep brown with redish edges. Nice creamy, light-beige head with good duration. Aroma is nice, lots of dried raisins, plums, light apple and chocolate. Fine, frothy mouthfeel. Flavour is sadly quite metallic (though it diminishes as it warms up). Otherwise there is good chocolate notes and yeastiness. Okay.
