Tallahassee, Fl - Market Square Liquors - 750 corked bottle. Medium golden pour, bubbly, airy white head, light lacing. Lemony, estery aroma. Flavor has some of the same citrusy notes, a hint of honey sweetness, some yeast in the background. Pretty ordinary tripel - trying to find something more in here. ABV is apparent, but not "boozy" at all. Mouthfeel is slightly spritzy but not distracting. Improves as it warms.

Aug 19, 2008 On tap. Golden copper colour, white head. Aroma of fruits, sweetness, malts. Flavour is soft and sweet, fruity, malty, bit spicy. Slightly sour finish. Nice tripel.

Aug 18, 2008 RBSG ’08: Poured a hazed golden amber color with an off-white head. Aged caramel malt aroma and flavor. Some yeasty spice again in the aroma and flavor. Medium bodied.

Aug 11, 2008 Pours a gold color with very thick head. The nose is a strong yeast with light notes of orange and citrus fruits. It comes across the palate rather weak with notes of orange, however it does have light tart finish.

Pours golden with a big, bubbly/fizzy off-white head. Lots of bubbles. Aroma is yeasty, oranges, light citric. High-ish carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is a little weak, some clear spicy yeastiness, a touch of tart oranges and a bit vinious. Okay tripel.

Aug 9, 2008 Botella. Clear golden with a big but short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of ripe fruits and some spice. Quite good a mouthfeel. The flavour has ripe fruits with bitter hops, little yeast and some spice. Dry bitter bit alco finish.
