| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 13, 2006 A slightly vineous aroma, with a brilliant banana and yeast aroma, and a little bit of wheat. The flavor is very banana-like and yeasty too, but now the hops and the typical sourish weissbier tones are more obvious than in the aroma. However, these tones are not distinct, and leaves us therefore with a mild, sweet and well-balanced weissbier. It has a good palate and is very creamy. Not the ultimate weissbier, but very good and a must try. Borup (1359), Albertslund, Denmark

Fruity, sourish nose with dark fruit, banana and plums. Fruity, citrussy taste with a sweetish wheat character, chocolate and banana (like chocolate/banana ice cream). Enjoyable but not the most exciting dunkelweizen. Stefano (1339), Esbjerg, Denmark
