Oct 8, 2005 (Bottled, BBE 08/2006) Opaque, muddy dark orange/amber color with a large, quite creamy head with some lace. Initially strong banana-wheaty aroma with some roasted malt. Fades quickly, though. Sweetish, fruity-estery banana flavor with well-balanced roasty maltiness, some smoke and acidity. Medium-bodied palate with quite smooth, yet high carbonation. A light, easily drinkable, quite refreshing and balanced dunkelweizen.

Dark hazy nut brown, huge tanned foamy head. Banana aroma is dominating. Medium-bodied. Clean, fruity, caramelly, banana flavors with smokeyness in the finish. Smokey roasted and a bit alcoholic aftertaste. Very refreshing and excellent dunkelweizen.

Sep 17, 2005 Hazy amber/orange, nice offwhite head. Smoky aroma with malt and some woodyand roasted notes. Flavor is fruity, wheat and yeast and with smoky notes that keeps following the beer into the finish.

Cloudy brown colour with a light brown head, it all looks creamy and yummy. Aroma is light toasty notes from malt and rich estery. Mouthfeel is big on C02, and there are notes of overripe apples. Light sourish and refreshing, still bit toasty. Pretty light mouthfeel. I’d wish for a heartier body.

Sep 6, 2005 Unclera brown with a huge tan foam. Big estery banana aroma, hints of pear, light chocolate and caramel. Cloves and banana in flavour with a soft background of light chocolate. Cloves and banana in the aftertaste with roasty undertone. Smooth palate. Nice.
