500 ml bottle, bought in Germany. Pours cloudy brown with an enormous offwhite head. Intense banana aroma with notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate and cloves. Refreshing hefe-weissbier flavour, with some extra notes of malts and dark bread, but light-bodied - if blindfolded, I might mistake the flavour for a pale hefe. I wouldn’t mind having this beer as one of my "regulars".

Orangebrown coloured beer with a very large creamy head. Big banana-malts aroma, maybe evensome orangefruit. Sweet taste, fruity, ending in a soft bitterness. Decent Dunkelweizen.

Fresh, smooth, not very complex, just roast and chocolate malt aroma and chocolate malttaste. Medium satisfying mouthfeel, great after Sushi with wasabi and ginger. Pure brown, lace. Dry aftertaste. Some malt, banana and citrus, bit of yeast. Well carbonated. Thanks Mark for bringing back from germany.

Dunkel color and beautiful carbonation. Great head. (Naturally). Flavor is rich, honey, wheat but way too thin in the palate. Otherwise excellent.

Draught. Nut brown colour, small foamy head. Sweet plummy raisin aroma. Bitterish plummy flavour with hints of raisins. Kind of watery and bitterness is a bit too strong in my opinion.

50 cl Bottle. Brown colour, with a nice little too fast head. Good aroma of bread and some fruit. Good taste of wheat and malt, and some hint of roasted barley and tittle sour aftertaste. A good dunkel but not at all the best in this dark category. I Prefer Paulaner hefe-weizen.

From the local grocery store. For a Hefe-Dunkel this is an all over decent beer. Nice cloudy tea color. Forms a nice head, but must be poured into a Hefe glass for the full effect. Sure beats Coors.
