50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a dense white head. Mild malty and wheaty/fruity aroma. Classic wheat flavour swept in a nice bed of caramel malt flavours which take out most of the banana and bubblegum notes. Ends with a mild malt lingering flavour.

Draught. Cloudy brown with a stable beige head. Aroma of wheat, banana, a bit of spices, some malt and hints of caramel. Flavor of wheat (and some wheat sourness) mixed with some malty sweetness - fruitiness, some toast and caramel. Light-bodied and refreshing. I like the regular Hefeweissbier a bit better but this one is quite nice as well.

Wirklich ein tolles Weissbier. Ich finde es noch besser als das Helle, absolut lecker. sehr süffig, gut bekömmlich, nicht übertrieben fruchtig. Immer wieder gern.

Draught, muddy reddish caramel brown colour. strong aroma of bubblegum with a strong yeasty and some cooca notes behind it. Sweet with a presence of banana and nutmeg spiciness. smooth, creamy and easy to drink.

Had this beer on 8/3/2000. Aroma is a lot like Paulaner’s Hefe-Weizen with a slightly roasted scent in there. Color is a deep hazy brown with very good carbonation and too much head. Taste creamy and sweet. Starting with a rich body that goes down smooth with a gentle sweet banana flavor. Finish is a creamy feel with very light roasted and sweet malt flavor backed by a faint coriander and banana taste. Overall its a very complex beer. A lot like there regular Hefe but a bit rich, I think it would be just a little better if it where a little more crisp rather then creamy.

0.5 l bottle. Poured murky amber to orange-brownish colored body with quite big brownish head. Much brighter than I’ve expected. Nice weizen aroma, not too strong though, banana, clove, nothing special. Flavor is very pleasant, fruity, quite full bodied with moderate sweet finish, but still it misses something. Maybe because bit of cardboard inside. Expected much more again, so quite disappointed but objectively a good beer.

0,5 l bottle. Hazy amber color, small, cremay beige head. Fruity (banana), citric - easy drinking weissbeer.
