Powerfull yeasty aroma and flavor. A bit thin but that was expected. Actually a very good low alcohol hefe, but since its avove 3.0 maybe it isnt a "low alcohol". sirPino (866), Zawiercie / Żywiec, Poland

Bottle brown, 500 ml, got it in Munchen.
Appearance: Pours bright orangy golden, cloudy, not see through body, lively carbonated, head is white, very regular in texture, frothy, stable, dense, slightly rocky in shape, initially huge and slowly decreasing to moderate, smaller in size than in the Alcoholfrei version, leaves quite thick lacing and is moer yeasty than the previous mentioned.
Aroma: Upfront notes of pronounced chalk and barley-wheat grains, yeasty background, notes of banana, clove, lemon seeds, whipped cream, fresh paper and cardboard, well balanced and very strongly pronounced aroma of healthy Weizen.
Flavour: Front is smooth, mild, however, the wheaty-yeasty accents are very strongly peonounced, slightly lighter than the regular Paulaner Hefeweissbier, however, the flavour is very close, some notes of minerality, slight shades of metal, very reach in flavour for its 3.2% of alcohol, typical for all the features of a good Weizen, better than plenty of some other, regular German Hefeweizens. Finish duration is short to medium.
Palate: Body is light, texture is mild and creamy, soft, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is smooth, clean, mellow, yeasty, mmineral.
