Picked up a bottle of this at my local BevMo. Maybe the bottle was old, but the aroma was a little musty, shrouded in maltiness. Full of robust flavor, the texture was not as characteristic of hefeweiss beers in my opinion.

Bready biscuity, banana heavy not enough spice to balance, still crisp and enjoyble just not the best.

Cloudy amber color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of wheat, slight banana & clove; Flavor primarily of wheat & banana, some light citrus as well; Very nicely balanced; This is an excellent hefe-weizen - right up there with Weihenstephaner.

500 ml can. From Lübeck, Germany.
Hazy darkish orange colour with average creamy white head. Sweet caramel, wheat, fruit and some spices in aroma. Sourish crisp flavour with fruit, wheat, malt and bitter hops. Very enjoyable Weißbier.

It pours a hazy orange-yellow liquid with a large fluffy head. Initial taste and aroma of spicy fruit. Tastes of mild sweet tropical fruits with a hint of cloves, slightly "fresh" sour typical weissbier flavour as expected. One of my first 100% wheat beers and I definitely want more. A good casual drink with a nice spicy taste.

Bottle. Pours foamy honey yellow. Citrus and clove aroma. Citrus, mild spice, light banana, clove, and a hint of orange. Cool and smooth citrus finish. Classic hefeweizen taste. Could be a bit more "aggressive"

Bottle; good beer overall, subtle banana and spice notes. Better than I thought it was going to be though still prefer Ayinger or Franziskaner hefeweizen
