NomDeBeer (397), Maryland, USA Mar 30, 2009 Pours a cloudy gold color with a small white head that does not last. Aroma is bright and fruity - bannanas, cloves, and a little spicy yeast. Taste is the same plus a bit of bread and sweet, juicy bubblegum. Lively carbonation and thin body. A little too carbonated for my tastes, but overall this is better than I expected. Very drinkable and thirst quenching. Good summer beer. savnac (393), Palmer, Alaska, USA Mar 29, 2009 Bottle. Aroma of wheat, grass, slightly fruity yeast and some mild hops. Light orange with a small bubbly head that disintegrates fast. The flavor is very smooth, mostly sweet and malty with a fruity undertone. Crisp mouth feel, very refreshing. This is probably my favorite Hef, I would love to try this on tap.
