The yeast is quite assertive with almost no bitterness. blankboy (3157), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 12, 2008 Bottle courtesy of tupalev. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a large frothy white head. Pleasant aroma of yeast, banana, lemon, wheat and grain. Flavour’s the same, yeasty with banana and lemon along with a touch of spices, a bit of grain and very light hops in the finish -- very easy to drink. Medium bodied.
