Clody yellow appearance with a big foamy white head. Sweet aroma of malt, banana, pineapple and some citrus too. Flavor is mild bitter, malty, and a bit citric and yeasty. Thin texture, average carbonation, and very smooth. I’ve just tasted Heaven with this beer.

Poured from bottle a cloudy straw color. Head was 1cm and fairly dense; dissipating into a fine ring as the glass was finished. Fruity but not overwhelming. Less carbonation than expected. I enjoyed this glass to be sure, but not my favorite style.

1 Pint .9oz bottle. Pours a thick amber orange color with nice foamy white head. Smells like wheat, citrus, spice and a little yeasty. It is slightly fruity, very crisp and dry and finishes with a lemon, wheat and yeast flavor. Very smooth on the mouth, very refreshing! Reminds me of a slightly less fruity version of Franziskaner with a slightly higher alcohol content. I like this a lot.

Draft, no fruit. A nice straw color with cloudy appearance. Dense head with medium lacing. Aroma of banana, wheat and mild clove. Taste is dominated by banana upfront but finishes with a wash of bite and mild clove. A nice German Weiss beer but there are better examples of the style to be found.

Pours gold with some tiny bubbles and a large off-white gorgeous creamy head. Aroma of bananas and bread. Not a whole lot of banana flavor, ts a bit on the fruity side, very dry and soft. Lemon yeasty finish. Palate is decent. Its alright.

Pours with a nice, hazy amber/brown color with a loose, foamy off-white head. Aroma is light, but smells of bananas and other fruit. Taste is light and refreshing, I could have asked for a bit more flavor.

Pours a strong, hazy yellow color with a medium, creamy white head. It leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is malty, cereally with little banana which is weird compared to the other weizens I’ve drunk. It smells mostly of wheat, citrus, straw and cereal grains. Flavor is mildly sweet, agreeable with notes of citrus, some banana and spices. Touches of wheat flakes are also noticeable. Medium to big body with efervescent carbonation that dies fast in the mouth. Refreshing, crisp and well-made. No alcohol present. Nice dry finish. Good Hefe.

From a bottle. Pours a nice tan, cloudy yellow with a thin, creamy white head. The aroma is very mild, containing wheat, a hint of citrus and spice. The taste is banana, cloves and mild, but very nice spiciness in the finish. In my opinion that little kick of spice sets this Hefe apart from others (Weihenstefaner included). The beer is fully bodied, but not to the point of overwhelming the refreshing taste. Really excellent overall - one of my favorite session beers.
