Dieses Weissbier ist wirklich ansprechend, sehr süffig und wohlbekömmlich. Aber das Dunkle finde ich noch besser. hoooraybeer (48), Cranford, New Jersey, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 8, 2007 [Bottle] Pours hazy golden with a good white head. Aroma is about what I look for in a hefe with banana and clove. As Guerde said, there is an unusual apple flavor that appears as it warms though. Taste has more of the good banana and clove with a bit of wheat towards the end. A very nice beer and one of the better hefes I’ve had. Full white head with lacing. Color is a hazy apticot. Excelent carbonation. This is a well balanced Hefeweizen with no apparent flaws, glennmastrange (836), hobe sound, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 7, 2007 Tap. Aroma has light cereal, moderate lemon and earth, and corriander and clove in the background. Head is small, white, with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is a hazy amber. Flavor is lightly sweet and moderately acidic to start and finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, creamy, and has a lively carbonation. A well balanced Hefeweizen with no bad characteristics, just an easy drinking beer. bitbucket (2029), Kirkland, Washington, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 29, 2007 (bottle thanks OSLO) Pours a nice hazy gold with a large fluffy white head that retains nicely. Aroma is strong of banana at first, with some clove also. Upon warming, the smell morphs into more of an apple-like tartness, and bready notes make an appearance. Taste was somewhat lacking, but what was there was a hint of sweetness followed up by some lemon zest sourness along with a brief wheaty finish. Not a bad Hefe.
