Mar 31, 2007 Bottle. Large frothy head that mostly lasted. Spare lacing. Light golden cloudy colour. Aroma was yeast, banana, wheat, coriander and citrus. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Flavour was light sweet with hint of acidic. Finish is fresh sweet and again hints of acidic.

Aug 2, 2004 Updated: Mar 30, 2007(Bottled, 0.33l) Hazy, dark orange color - quite dark for a weizen - and a medium, vanishing head. Dry, strong and wheaty banana aroma. Quite bitter, crisp and dry flavor for a German hefeweizen. The banana is certainly there, though. Medium-bodied, oily, smooth but quite carbonated palate. Another very nice and tasty hefeweizen you could drink every day.
