Almost a straw colored pour w/ a thick white head and good lacing. palate is well coated and lightly creamy for a hefe. Aroma is light bread some clove, a hint of what i would have to say is orange rind, & the std touch of bananna. Flavor pretty much follows the aroma w/ more bread/bannanna emphisys. Nice hefe.

Jul 22, 2006 bottle. Pours a hazy/murky light orange with a small off white head. Aroma is banana, spices, tart citrus. Taste is about the same with some clove thrown in. Light lemon finish.

Jul 6, 2006 Classic Hefe. 12 oz bottle. Cloudy yellow/orange. with fluffy white head that lasted forever. Aromas of clove and banana. Flavors were similar, but a bit weaker. More Clove than banana. Definite wheat finish. Pretty good.

May 28, 2008 Cloudy golden colour, nice big head, and lots of sweet floral and wheat aromas. I think i smelled a little squash as well. Lively fruit character, sweet and inviting. a friendly brew all around.

Golden with large white head, mostly lasting, unfiltered. Aroma of malt (fruit, citrus) and yeast. Flavor light sweet, moderate acidic. Light to medium body, oily, lively carbonated.

Sep 23, 2002 Twangy, yeasty aroma of banana and pine intimates this beers complex character. This hazy orange-yellow hefe with a bubble-bath-like head was quite easy on the palate. A quite drinkable beer that was much better the after a 2nd and third tasting. Prickly pine and banana on the palate--a great german wheat.

Oct 22, 2001 Definitely suffers in the carbonation department, seems flat and lifeless in multiple tastings. Doesn’t have the fruity zip it should. Much better hefes are out there.
