Pours a hazy orange/brown. Sweet with the typical banana & yeasty hefeweizen aromas. Very nice, could be a bit more full though.

I’m getting ready to brew a hefe today so I want to get some insperation. Pale cloudy yellow with a fluffy white head. Clove spicyness with some citrus in the nose. Soft wheat flavor with some yeast. Again clove spice that lingers a bit. Medium soft bodied. Nice beer. I’d hope so since these guys have been dong it for hundreds of years. Lets go see if I can do better.
