Bottle packaged in 12/06: Pours a hazy dark golden with a clingy-lacing froth of off-white head. Peppery clove and sweet banana and wheat rule the aroma. Body starts fairly normal for the style, with some thin carbonation and a lightly sweet malted wheatiness. Has some bready yeasty notes and a touch of lemony citrus toward the finish. A pretty average Hefeweizen.

Murky, deep golden lager with a large, frothy, white head which diminishes to a small, creamy, white head. Thick, creamy lacing. The nose is spicy and malty. Soap, clove, honey and lemon. The flavor mirrors the spicy, malty aroma and then delivers a big blast of lemon zest. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, semi-dry, tart finish.

Hazy orange colour, with a beautfully white head, with clingy lace. Banana and clove in the aroma. Slightly tart and tangy, wheat, banana etc flavoours, with a yeasty finish, and also a bit hoppy, quite refreshing, fairly standard German wheat, but that not a bad thing.

cloudy orange colour, fine head with a nice lace, banana aroma, floral, very sweet, creamy, heavy, long dry crony and banana finish - bit disgusting at the end

One memory of this beer stands out, and that is the taste of banana. This leaves the beer a bit on the sweet side.

Bottled at a Thai Restaurant in Cologne, 500ml. Opaquly orange is a good descriptor with big head. Plenty going on with this, a rich wheaty base with fruity orange notes and a touch of clove with I think, just a little nutmeg. Then a sweet almost manufactured strawberry like flavour that dominates the rest of the beer. Quickly finishes, refreshing with a modicum of interest.

Draught. Light and cloudy. Wheaty and yeasty flavour. Not very good at all.
