Feb 21, 2009 Yellow in color and cloudy with a decent sized white head. Aroma is of banana, clove, lemon, and wheat. Taste is of citrus, banana, and spices.

Jan 19, 2008 Pours gold with some tiny bubbles and a large off-white gorgeous creamy head. Aroma of bananas and bread. Not a whole lot of banana flavor, ts a bit on the fruity side, very dry and soft. Lemon yeasty finish. Palate is decent. Its alright.

Dec 16, 2007 This was the first beer I tried from Paulaner. Nice banana notes to it....Great mouth feel but really didn’t impress me. Nice color and aroma as well as good head retention. I did brew a clone...Almost...I added more to the malt bill for a higher gravity and used an American Heff. liqued yeast.....Now that one impressed me!!!! I just thought it needed more of a clove note to it.

Mar 6, 2007 Kinda like drinking fruity clouds. Definitely one of the best hefes out there. Rich yeasty aroma but very light on the palate and filled with classic bubble gum hefe flavors.

Mar 3, 2005 Very drinkable and attractive beer. Not a lot of substance to it. More sweetness than anything. Considerable head that departed eventually. Really no negatives to it. Nice beer.

Jul 10, 2005 Golden yellow color with nice white head. Aroma is better than the taste, very citrusy smell. Tastes fruity, citrus and banana, with a very sublte earthy notes a bit of nutmeg. I prefer Scneider and Sohn Edel Weisse.

Jun 14, 2001 A fairly good wheat beer. Nice and flavorful. Lousy nose I thought, could smell the alcohol more than could taste it.
