Jul 13, 2006 Draught @ Red Bones 7/12/06. Pours a bright orange color with a large foamy bright white head. Nose is fruity and citrus with some spicy coriander and light banana hints. Palate is crisp, smooth and clean, amazingly refreshing. Flavor is more of teh orange citrus with some banana and spicy notes with hints of lemon zest.

Jan 7, 2004 Cloudy golden color, creamy head, nice lace. Big aroma of wheat, yeast, and especially banana. Flavor is somewhat citrusy up front with plenty of banana on the backside. Medium body. A nice weizen.

Apr 19, 2004 Straw golden hazy body, with a nice fluffy white head on top. The aroma is sweet banana, yeast and some hoppy hints. It kind of prickles on your tongue, and then a very sweet flavor of banana and clove. Very good thirst quencher!

Oct 4, 2007 Updated: Oct 12, 200750cl can. Cloudy amber/gold with a big white head that leaves a delicate layer of foam after a few minutes. Tart and sweet banana aroma with plenty of yeastiness. creamy medium body with fizzy but smooth carbonation. Rerate shows much more fruity and interresting flavors, maybe even a little more than i would like. almost no hops in the finish. On par with the other bavarian weissbiers I’ve had, but not special.

Rich, deep golden orange/amber color. Huge head. Very cloudy. Faint fruity aroma, citrus, banana,
Rich, austere flavor. Big wheat malt and banana, spicy, sweet but mildly so, nice bitterness, little sour or fruit. Excellent balance. Mature tasting, something slightly funky going on. Rich malts all the way. Medium to better body. This is great even from the bottle in Japan. I know it was better on draught in Munich, but alas, no ratings survive!
