| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 7, 2006 a fine brew indeed. I got lots of gumball wheatiness in the aroma, along with some lemon and banana of course. Some clove and nutmeg rounded out the aroma. The flavor was palpably lemon and banana. Like banana nut bread in a bottle. The clove flavor was excellent, and it really softened the lemon. Excellent malts and just a very fine session hefe indeed. Zinister (1207), Houston, Texas, USA

Just the perfect bit bready in the mouth. Nice light-creamy finish. No lemon needed in this beauty. OldMrCrow (1206), Seattle, Washington, USA

Pours cloudy light yellow with a nice fluffy head. Cloves and banana esters as expected both in the aroma and flavor, gently sweet, adequately sour, straight-forward but enjoyable. GAManiac (1203), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 24, 2008 Pours a hazy orangish yellow with a big puffy white head that linger for a while leaving good lacing. Lots of carbonation bubbling up in this one. Smell is textbook hefe with lots of yeast and cloves with a huge fruity banana sweetness on top. The taste is a little less sweet than the smell indicated and had a heavier dose of the spices and a more prominent hop presence. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a ton of carbonation. This is a very good hefe and extremely drinkable - makes for a wonderful summer beer. markwise (1200), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA
